Relaxation massage is a gentle massage with light to medium pressure used for general purposes and to help improve circulation.
Therapeutic massage uses medium to deep pressure with extra attention given to any specific problem areas.
Hot Stone Therapy massage is performed with the application of smooth basalt lava stones that have been heated to just the right temperature needed to melt the tension away. A light oil is used.
Rain Drop massage this technique integrates massage with pure therapeutic grade essential oils which are dispensed like rain from approx 6 inches above the back and massaged along the vertebrae.
