Lori Thuener opened Creative Cuts in the 1980s. She wanted a place where regulars felt heard before they sat down, and where nobody was rushed out the door.

That standard still runs the salon. Mary and the rest of the team carry it through both locations: the original on Center Road, and the second on Marks Road in Plum Creek.
